Shipping Policy ​
We are pleased to offer shipping within the USA; only bank authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
UPS Ground shipping where you can track your package processed and shipped in 1-3 delivered in 3-5 business days from the ship date depending on product availability.
Orders placed after noon will be processed the following business day.
 
Exchange Policy
Items eligible for exchange are accepted within 5 days of purchase. Items must be in new, undamaged, and unworn condition with original tags attached and in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a exchange for final sale items.

To complete your exchange:
1. Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).
2. Include a copy of your packing label. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information:
  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Pulse order confirmation number
    • Exchange Reason/ New item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
FYI

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and are processing your exchange only if you're eligible depending, on the condition of your items.
